Everything you need to know about ordering from Manha Creations. If your question is not answered here, email us and we will reply within 24–48 business hours.
Ordering
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to track orders and reorder later.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually amend or cancel an order while it is still in the 1–3 day processing window. Once it has shipped, it will need to be handled as a return.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the accelerated wallets shown at checkout. Payments run through Shopify’s PCI-compliant checkout, so we never see or store your card details.
Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every order to the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the USA, the UK and Canada.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, estimated delivery is 7–10 business days in the USA, 5–9 business days in the UK and 7–12 business days in Canada.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our fulfilment centre. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Orders to the UK and Canada may attract customs duties or import taxes set by your local government. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
What condition does the item need to be in?
Unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will put it right.
How do I start a return?
Get in touch through our Contact page or by email. We will review your request and send you return instructions and the correct return address if the item is eligible.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Products & Support
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Items that arrive faulty, damaged or not as described are covered by our return policy. Report any issue within 7 days of delivery.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout is encrypted and handled by Shopify, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Card details are never stored on our servers.
