As soon as your parcel leaves our fulfilment centre we send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find it.

Ordered as a guest?
No problem. Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or email us your order number and we will look it up for you.
Typical timelines
- Processing: 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- United States: 7–10 business days after processing.
- United Kingdom: 5–9 business days after processing.
- Canada: 7–12 business days after processing.
Tracking information can take 24–72 hours to start updating after dispatch, and international parcels may pause briefly during customs clearance. If your tracking has not moved for more than 7 business days, please contact us and we will chase it up.
